Ordering & Payment
For orders less than $50, full payment via PayPal is required to secure your reservation. Payment is nonrefundable. For orders of more than $50, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required. Full payment is due one week prior to the scheduled delivery/ship date.
Depending on availability, turnaround time is usually 2-4 weeks. Smaller local orders may be processed sooner. Please contact us to check availability.

Delivery & Shipping
Free local pick-up is available year-round within the Washtenaw County, MI area.
A minimum of 24-pieces or a $50 order is required for shipping. Overnight requests and orders placed between April through October will need to have ice packs included in the order and will incur an additional cost, depending on where you live in relation to Ypsilanti, MI.
Orders shipped from November through early March are usually shipped via USPS Priority with an estimated 2-3 day transit to most places. Overnight or faster shipping can be set up if desired.

Shipped treats are packed with love and care, providing safe travel to your destination. King's Korner Sweets and Treats cannot be held responsible for damaged packages once UPS, USPS or FedEx takes control of your package. You can, however, purchase insurance for your package. Please include that in your inquiry/order.
We cannot be held responsible for weather-related and/or comparable shipping delays or for packages that arrive later than the estimated time of delivery, if the package was shipped on time as determined by the set schedule of UPS, USPS Priority or FedEx.
Claims of damage can be filed with UPS, USPS or FedEx by contacting them directly. Keep your box and all of the contents that came in the package so as the shipping company may want to inspect the damage. Photos of damage may also be required.
